To Northern California Backroads & 4-Wheel Drive Trails" by
Charles Wells. The book contains 75 Trail descriptions with
photos, 85 maps, and even GPS waypoints for navigation.
This is a great way to plan a trip and find new roads to
take into the wilderness.
The book offers trip suggestions that are rated by
difficulty. It also describes the roads, camping options,
amount of time it takes to drive, and even some historical
information, when relevant.
Great reference book for trip planning. |
