trousers? And what do you do/products have you found to
avoid this? (I already do the usual stuff around careful
eating, avoiding perfumed products and otherwise avoiding
synthetic fabrics)? All sensible suggestions

mouth, it is a fungal infection. Try one of the fungal
killers like lotrisone cream. A coating of gold bond
powder wouldn't hurt either. I offer this advice not only
as a sister rider, but also as a pharmacy technician. Good
