I'm new to Woman Motorist (but not to being a woman
motorist - I know it was cheezy but couldn't resist:-)
ANYway, my dilemma:
I live in NYC & I'm searching for a Small, easy to park &
easy on ga$ car that is also SAFE (crazy nyc drivers!).
I'm looking at: VW Beetle, Mini Cooper & the teeniest
Honda. I've been researching reviews, but they all sound
like sales pitches & I need objective feedback. I
appreciate ALL input that can be offered!!

03/17/2004 05:28 PM | The Beetle and the Mini are excellent choices. Very safe,
well made and great handling for those tight parking
spaces. You can also fit two in a standard space. The
Toyota Corolla also has very good crash test ratings but
are not as nice a ride as the Beetle and the Mini. You may
also want to test drive the new Mazda 3. |
