The 2008 Chevrolet Aveo sedan (MSRP: $10,895.00 - $14,580.00, Invoice price: $10,332.08 - $13,814.40) is available in four-door and five-door (hatchback) versions. The four-door version comes in two trim levels - Aveo5 Special Value and Aveo5 LS trim levels. The hatchback version comes in two trim levels - LS and LT. The Aveo sedan competes with the Honda Fit, Hyundai Accent, Kia Rio, Smart Fortwo, and Toyota Yaris. It was first introduced in 2003 as the Daewoo Kalos. Most Kalos/Aveos are assembled in the Bupyong plant in South Korea.1
All trim levels are available with a 103-horsepower, 1.6-liter inline 4 cylinder configuration engine, five-speed manual transmission, and a front-wheel drive system.
