The 2008 Chrysler Crossfire sports car (MSRP: $34,735 - $39,130, Invoice price: $32,162 - $36,117) is available in coupe and convertible versions. The name Crossfire comes as a reference to the distinctive character lines that run from front to rear through the body sides.1 This model is currently in its first generation, and is assembled in Osnabruck, Germany.

Both the coupe and convertible versions of the sports car compete with the Audi TT, BMW Z4, Cadillac XLR, Dodge Challenger, Ford Mustang, Honda S2000, Mazda RX-8, Mercedes-Benz SLK, Mitsubishi Eclipse, Pontiac Solstice, Saturn Sky, Volkswagen R32, and the Volvo C70. The Crossfire comes with a 215-horsepower, 3.2-liter V6 engine, a six-speed manual transmission, a rear-wheel drive system, and a rear limited slip differential.

The 2008 Chrysler Crossfire sports car has a four-wheel independent suspension, front and rear stabilizer bars, a double wishbone front suspension, and a multi-link rear suspension.
