1997 Infiniti Q45
A Luxurious Drive Down the Freeway
By Joanne Brickman Photography by Brian Leshon
History:Since its introduction in 1989, the Infiniti Q45 has been the flagship of Nissan's luxury division. Introduced as a luxury sedan for driving enthusiasts, the Q45 maintained that image until this year. The completely redesigned 1997 model is no longer seeking aggressive drivers to put it to the test on hairpin curves. Instead, it appears to be looking for a more sedate driver requiring a luxurious drive down the freeway.
